After I complained to the agent they called your Company in to rectify the things that were not done properly. When you had finished the house was spotless and the kitchen and cooker, which had been left greasy by the other cleaners, was cleaned properly and looking like new. We subsequently asked you to clean certain pieces of furniture which you took away and brought back in spotless condition and perfectly clean looking like new.
